Bill Duncan has more than 30 years experience in the debt collection, receivables management and legal recoveries industries.

Bill's career includes 15 years with Receivables Management (NSW) Pty Ltd a business he joined in 1985 when it was then Venn Brown's Mercantile.

With its associated company in Victoria, this highly successful combination boasted more than 250 staff in the mid 1990's and became the largest receivables management group in Australia.

In 2002 Bill has focused his attention on the legal recovery sector having been appointed to establish one of the first incorporated legal practices in Australia and has since then successfully established other legal businesses in this sector.

Qualifications

Life Member and former Australian National President of the Australian Institute of Credit Management. State President for both NSW and QLD of the Australian Institute of Credit Management.

Commerce Diploma (TAFE Brisbane).
